Four Ways To Receive Academic Assistance Spring 2020

Ask a Tutor and Ask a Tutor: Live:

Our tutors are online every day of the week, most hours of the day, ready to answer your questions. You can submit a question and receive a written response using Ask a Tutor OR you can sign up for live, video chat tutoring (using Google Meet) for select Math, Chemistry, and Allied Health classes through Ask a Tutor: Live. Most students receive answers to their submitted questions (depending on our schedules for specific subjects) within just a few hours of submitting our forms. Try both versions of Ask a Tutor today!

eTutoring:

eTutoring is a free, online tutoring service where you should submit all papers and writing assignment-related questions this quarter. eTutoring also has live chat tutoring available in math, accounting, chemistry, and other subjects.

Write 095/101 Classes:

These classes are running all-online this quarter! Students can register for 1 or 2 credits in Write 95 and Write 101 and work one-on-one with an instructor. Students work with their WRITE instructors to receive feedback on writing assignments they are working on for other writing-heavy classes. Students work on essay structure, clarity of ideas, development of ideas, and mechanics. Registration permitted first seven weeks.

Grammar Corner:

Grammar Corner will be happening all-online this quarter. Grammar Corner is staffed primarily by instructors and provides free grammar instruction and support to help students learn how to identify and correct the grammar errors in their own writing.
