ISS Sponsored Events for Winter 2017
Each quarter, International Student Services (ISS) provides activities for students to explore the local region. Some activities are free and others are inexpensive. You have to be a current Edmonds CC student to join ISS activities.
Ice Skating Social at Lynnwood Ice Center
Start off the quarter with some exercise. Play on the ice and meet new friends! We will have two FREE hours of ice skating (skates included) at Lynnwood Ice Center. Friday, January 6, 1-3 p.m. Free (Students only).
Movie Night at Black Box Theater
Watch the movie MOANA on one of our two FREE showing on Friday, February 3rd! The first showing (2-4:30 p.m.) is aimed towards students. The second showing (5-7:30
p.m.) is open to students, staff, community members and their families. The event
is sponsored by ISS and Center for Student Engagement and Leadership (CSEL) at Edmonds

Bowl & Skate (Lynnwood Bowl and Skate)
Edmonds CC students can skate and bowl for FREE at Lynnwood Bowl & Skate on Tuesday, February 7, 5:30-7:30 p.m. with your EdPass! Come get your skate on! The evening is sponsored by the Housing Department, ISS, and CSEL at Edmonds CC. For more information: Lynnwood Bowl and Skate.
Snow Tubing at Summit Tubing Center
Snow tubing is similar to sledding, but on air-filled inner tubes! Just sit back and enjoy the conveyor carpet or tow-rope lift and then the wild ride downhill! Saturday, February 11, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. $15 Tickets available at ISS. For more information: Summit Tubing Center
International Night at Edmonds Center for the Arts
Explore cultures from around the world in this annual night of entertainment. Performances
from current students and our traditional Flag Ceremony. Friday, February 24th, 7-10 p.m. $6 tickets available at ISS, CSEL, and Housing on
February 1st. Price goes up at the door of Edmonds Center for the Arts!
